Results of the Auction
As only few companies are capable of acting as Market Makers in Austria due to the structure of the
energy market, we disclose only the volumes awarded and the overall costs per auction, but no
further details. We appreciate your understanding.
A number of 5 companies took part in the Market Maker Auction for the period
31.12.2011
to 31.12.2011.
According to the expected volume of tertiary control reserve required, bids were awarded for
some 100 MW supply and some 125 MW demand.
- Costs on supply side: EUR 1,660.40
- Costs on demand side: EUR 20,738.00
