For the month 10/2003, the grid operator has failed to send the data or has sent faulty data on the energy consumption of a customer supplied by a third party for the balance group and the supplier aggregate for its suppliers.
The grid operator notices the error only in 12/2003.
The grid does run the balance group grid losses itself. The local player acting as a supplier is a member of a commercial balance group.

When the data for ex post settlement of accounts are sent to APCS, all concerned market participants are informed of the correction of the data by e-mail or letter by the grid operator.

The grid operator must inform:

• The supplier for which the new data are being sent
• Commercial balance group of the supplier for which the new data are being sent
• Commercial balance of own suppliers (local player)
• APCS
