Ownership structure

APCS is a stock corporation and is owned by companies from the energy industry and industrial companies as well as banks.
A total of 36% of the share capital is owned by companies that are responsible for the operation of the grid; since its foundation, STEWEAG-STEG GmbH (3.81%) and Austrian Power Grid AG have held 14.42% of the largest shareholder of this group; additionally Vorarlberger Energienetze GmbH and TIWAG-Netz AG. The industrial sector is represented by "smart technologies" Management-Beratungs- und Beteiligungs m.b.H. (17%).
The shareholders from the banking sector are Oesterreichische Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft (17%), Wiener Börse AG (10%) and Investkredit Bank AG (10%).
