Balancing Energy Provider
As a balancing energy provider, you must be a member of a registered balance responsible party and of one of its balance groups.
To register as a balancing energy provider, please send us the following documents:- Form E duly signed with corporate seal
- Form G duly signed with corporate seal
- Current excerpt from Companies Register
- Confirmation of balance responsible party regarding membership
- Information on available power plants
After receipt of the documents and examination by APCS, the data are entered into the system. Following a technical check by the system operator with respect to the requirements for participation in the balancing energy market, the balancing energy provider is set up in the system and activated as of the first of the next month.
