Balance Group (BG)
Registration of a further balance group (BG) requires less paper work than registration as a balance responsible party. To register as a balance group, the applicant must be a member of a registered balance responsible party.
To register a further balance group, please send us the following documents:- Form B duly signed with corporate seal
- Current excerpt from Companies Register of the balance group
- EIC-Code
- If applicable, a current annual report of the balance responsible party
- Projected annual turnover of the balance group
After the receipt of the documents and examination by APCS, the data will be entered into the system. The forecasted annual turnover is sent to Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG together with the annual reports in order to calculate the amount of the required collateral.
Afterwards, the required collateral is notified to the balance responsible party and after depositing the collateral, the new balance group is activated as of the first of the next month.
