Depositing of Collateral
According to the Annex Risk Management of General Terms and Conditions of the BKO (only in German), the following collateral may be deposited in the favour of APCS:
- Euro cash deposits
- Securities in accordance with the criteria of point 3 / paragraph 2, Annex Risk Management
- Guarantees from banks from the EU or Switzerland that are not dependent on the balance responsible party. Independence shall not be given if the guaranteeing bank has a direct or indirect share of more than 10% in the balance responsible party. APCS retains the right to reject guarantees of banks that have not been rated by an international rating firm.
